1. Who we are

gifteasy.biz is operated by The Trustee for the Seamless Ventures Trust (ABN 87 325 458 200), an Australian-registered business (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What we do

We let you design your own gift — apparel, drinkware, home goods, and similar items — using your own text, shapes, or an uploaded photo or image, add a personal gift message, and have it printed and shipped directly to the recipient. Each item is manufactured to order by third-party print partners once you place your order; nothing is pre-made or kept in stock.

3. Your design and the proof

Before you check out, our design editor shows you exactly what will be printed, and on request generates a real mockup preview rendered by our print partner from your actual design. It is your responsibility to review the product, variant (size, color, shape), design, text, and spelling shown before completing your order. By placing an order, you confirm that what is shown to you at checkout is correct and is what you want printed.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, any photo, image, or other content you upload for printing, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, and is not unlawful, obscene, or offensive. We may refuse to print any content at our discretion.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD and include our markup over the manufacturing cost. Shipping is calculated and shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Production and delivery

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only, based on our print partner’s quoted production time plus a standard shipping transit allowance. They are not a guaranteed delivery date. Production and shipping times can vary, including around holidays or for custom/limited-run items.

6. Returns and refunds

Every item we sell is custom-made to your own specification — your chosen product, variant, and design — specifically for your order. Because of this, all sales are final once an order is placed, except as set out below.

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

• your item arrives damaged, or is lost or significantly delayed in transit; or
• the item we send genuinely does not match the product, variant, or design you approved at checkout (a fault on our part).

We do not offer a refund or replacement for:

• ordering the wrong product, size, color, or variant;
• printing the wrong design, text, or photo, or a spelling or other content error in what you approved; or
• simply changing your mind after your order has entered production.

This is because you are shown the exact product and design before checkout and are responsible for checking it before your order is placed and printed. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the preview and the product/variant details before paying.

To report a transit-damage or fulfilment-fault claim, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date, if it never arrives), with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging where applicable. We will assess each claim and, where approved, offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies to orders placed from that point onward. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
