gifteasy.biz is operated by The Trustee for the Seamless Ventures Trust (ABN 87 325 458 200), an Australian-registered business (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through gifteasy.biz, why, and what we do with it.

When you use the site to put together and send a gift, we collect:

• Order and delivery details — the recipient’s name, shipping address, email, and phone number, which you provide for delivery;
• Your gift message and design — any text, shapes, or photo/image you add to a product, and the message printed on the card;
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details;
• Cart/session data — a session cookie that lets the site remember your in-progress order as you move through the steps, so your items and design aren’t lost between pages; and
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) generated automatically by visiting the site.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to:

• produce, pack, and ship your order to the recipient;
• process your payment;
• contact you about your order if needed (e.g. a delivery issue or a refund/replacement request); and
• keep the site working — fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and basic analytics on how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum information needed to fulfil your order with:

• Printify and its network of print-on-demand manufacturing partners — the recipient’s delivery details and your design, so they can print and ship the physical product; and
• Stripe — to process your payment securely.

We don’t share your information with anyone else except where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Cookies

We use a single functional session cookie to keep track of your cart and in-progress order as you move through the site. It’s required for the site to work and isn’t used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention and storage

We keep order records (including the design and delivery details) for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, and customer-support purposes, after which they may be deleted or anonymized. Uploaded images used in designs are stored securely on our servers and are not made public.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legitimate need to retain order records as described above. As an Australian business, we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
